Got to love the water retention letting go! I know that I didn't lose two pounds over night but letting go of a little excess water helps the skin feel not so tight. I feel good today, I was able to run 3 miles yesterday without too much trouble from my knee which makes me feel so much better, I am really looking forward to putting in some serious miles within the next few weeks. I love just feeling good!
