Was exhausted all day yesterday. Nausea. Weak. Feeling overall yuckv. My friends tell me this is my body detoxifying. I sure hope this doesn't last too long. Reaching for that light at the end of the tunnel. Anyone else have this problem?

Well changing your diet can affect your body. If you were eating really bad and drastically changed your diet, you may experience some symptoms. If you don't feel better in a couple days, maybe get it checked out. It could also be a slew of other things (virus, sinus infection, etc.).

i hv heard that could happen when u cut off carbs completely and it's called as ketosis if im right. also I heard that it's and very important process in weight loss and regulating leptin hormone. gud luck to u! i wish i had guts like u!

Drink a lot of water and drink some with fresh squeezed lemon in it to help move the toxins out. Drink 2 cups of water with 1/2 lemon when you get up in the mornings and that will help you detox. Carb count on lemons is very low.
