gained 1.1 today :-( First time I've gained in 2 weeks! I'm also hungry this morning, so not sure what's going on. I've not been hungry hardly at all! Oh well, I know I'm following the diet 100% so I will forge on :-)

hormone imbalances will do that to a woman (cravings and hunger I mean). try taking some L-Glutamine supplements daily. they help with satiation.

Hmmmm...hunger and a slight uptick in weight. The weight may be normal variation. The hunger could be due to what Stella1964 said. It could also be you're just eating too few calories and are hungry! Could also be due to increased exercise. Without having a full food diary to look at and consider, it's hard to speculate. As a hunger-producing culprit, I'd also look for a new food or food brand; maybe a food/brand that's higher in sodium and that has added sugar; something like a processed meat. Not saying it has to be a processed meat, but something like it, something new or something you've increased the quantity of that's higher in sodium or has added sugar.

Are you working out? Maybe your gaining muscle and muscle weighs more than fat..but it burns fat!
