What a horrible self control weekend. I ate basically everything I shouldnt have eaten, and I ate a lot of it. I drank a Pepsi, I had cheesecake and brownies and hot dogs and chiavetta's chicken (its a Buffalo thing), and pretzels and UGH. I have felt like absolute crap, and I havent even had the will to log any of it. Our roommate sprung on us that he's moving out, but I've been trying not to think about finances too bad, but then yesterday I thought about it basically all day. I literally gained like 3 pounds this weekend, and its not just normal fluctuation or water weight or TOM weight either, its sticking pretty hard.

Waaaaah I just want things to get better!
