Well I did it!! I treated myself to Subway today. I had a double meat 6" Turkey on wheat with provolone cheese and sweet onion sauce, sliced apples, and a bottle of water. What a treat!! I completely enjoyed myself, was satisfied when I was done and ATE THE WHOLE THING!! LOL!! It of course was well within my calories, good for me, and a pleasure!! I didn't even mind eating alone!! Still with dinner I'm only up to just over 1000 calories ... means room for a healthy snack a little later!
