Ok I kept up with my trend of not losing for a week now its time to pump it up. I am making a goal of being 189 by Saturday March 28th. I did not really exercise this week. I played basketball a few times and did the kettleball but didnt get my miles in. I am going to force myself this week. I have to meet my longer term goals, like 70lbs by Easter. I have 7lbs to meet that goal and I think Easter is in like 2 weeks. I must get on the ball this week. I have been fine with eating right but the exercising inside is what I do not like anymore. I want to be outside playing basketball, jumping on the trampoline, running around the block. Its so stinking cold now. I hate our weather here. Anyways this week I will exercise at least 30 mins on the treadmill daily. I will also do my 100 crunches and kettleball and also anything I can do outside if the weather is nice. This is my week to be in the 80's!! I can do this!!

Oh and I will also print out a picture I found today of myself omgosh I was freakin huge! disgusting looking, that will be motivation too!!!Maybe I will try to upload it on here.

Here's to you (lifting a glass of calorie free sparkling water)!!! Just do it!!! Who cares if you are TIRED of exercising inside ... tough cookies!! DO IT!!! I want to see those 180's on your chart ... the weather will change soon enough and you can run around like a crazy woman outside. Until then you need to regain your focus. You have accomplished so much and are sooooo close to your next goals. You GO GIRL!!!

You can do this no problem! thanks for the comment you left on my journal. Having my buddies support means a whole lot to me. I know what you mean as far as the weather goes. When its sunny outside, I seriously think my subconscious sends my weight-loss motivation through the roof! When its cold and gross outside, like today, I dont feel like exercising at all. Hang in there and by easter, the only place you will see that 70lbs lost is in that picture! its not on you anymore!

Thanks gals. I love the support I get here. It has really helped me succeed. I am going to stop making excuses and get my FAT BUTT ON THE TREADMILL, lol. I decided to take pictures of the treadmill numbers everyday so I can make myself accountable. Yesterday I walked a mile and a half in 30 mins. Today I will do 30 mins too maybe tomorrow I will do 35. Whats 5 more mins right?
