Ran my 5k on Friday! Did MUCH better than I originally thought I was going to do. I was able to complete my personal goal of not only finishing, but running/jogging the whole thing. I did not stop running, I didn't walk at all. I was also able to finish at 41:35, which is a new personal record. Mind you, I couldnt walk for the whole rest of the weekend, but I am incredibly proud of myself.

Now that this is over, I can finally get back into working out on my normal schedule, and possibly training for the next upcoming event, whatever that may be!
