How very easy it is to slide. I missed one day from FS, which lead to another . . . so now it has been a whole month!

I know from experience that the next few days will be hard. But I've done my shopping done and my food is packed for the day so - here we go again!

I get busy too. Other social media sites can take up our time.

I've done the same thing, too many times to count, but as long as you get back on track it keeps you motivated. Life intrudes and we're all human, so take it with a grain of salt and move forward. You'll do fine.
