Still no weight loss. I am feeling weird this morning. My hip hurts and back and I haven't gone to the bathroom in a couple days. I know tmi, but this is my journal and needed to write it down. You know whats weird, as soon as I start eating the fiber stuff, like more fiber and fiber filled foods I stop going to the bathroom. I thought it was to have the opposite effect???? I don't know what to do, I feel like crap, no pun intended. I also have not walked at all all week, I want to just no time this week. We just got 2 rabbits and I helped my husband build their cage and we are about to get 4 chicks this week too. I am a photographer and want them for Easter pictures I am taking. I actually only wanted them for a week but my husband the softie said we are keeping them, forever! I think he just likes the idea that the one rabbit is a boy and we have no boys in this house but him, lol.
Oh and I noticed something else this week well from about friday til today my sugar cravings have been off the charts. I have not indulged but was wondering if maybe it was suppose to be that time of the month, I dont get that anymore because of a surgery I had but I may still have the cravings and things. I dunno. All in all weird week.
