My meal plan for today was kind of thrown off because of going to see my father-in-law at the hospital. I have a feeling my calorie intake for today is going to be low.
The soreness from the workout yesterday kicked in this afternoon. My arms are sore. My upper back is a bit sore, as are my legs. It feels good! Hubby and me are going to the gym tomorrow. I hate working out in front of him, but I know I have to get over it if we're going to be going to the gym.
Well, I'm off to make dinner. Be back later tonight to log my dinner and workout.
