I am fighting some sugar cravings something fierce!! I have no idea why either. I am standing my ground and not giving in although all I want to do is eat 1/2 a cake right now. I have a feeling this will be the week I do not lose at all. I hope that isn't the case.

Goals for this week

No food after 7:30
Lose 2lbs which will bring me out of the 190's!!!
Continue the walking everyday, at least a mile a day but try for 2.

Current weight is 191. I can do this!! This is my year!!

This IS YOUR LIFE!!!! Stay away from those sugary snacks ... as good as that cake will taste initially it will cause you to have a huge rush then drop ... you will regret it. Remember how it feels to indulge especially the "hangover" ... I KNOW you know what the "hangover" feels like ... it simply isn't worth it!! If you don't exit the 190's this week you will the next!!! I'm as anxious as you for "arrival" ... KNOW that you will reach your goals!! Here's to you STANDING YOUR GROUND!!!!! I'm watching for 189 ... can't wait to celebrate with you!!
