I am fighting some sugar cravings something fierce!! I have no idea why either. I am standing my ground and not giving in although all I want to do is eat 1/2 a cake right now. I have a feeling this will be the week I do not lose at all. I hope that isn't the case.
Goals for this week
No food after 7:30 Lose 2lbs which will bring me out of the 190's!!! Continue the walking everyday, at least a mile a day but try for 2.
Current weight is 191. I can do this!! This is my year!!
