Haven't been in a whole lot lately! Hoping the scale drops at least another pound this week, but not weighing until Sunday morning. Tried a new class at the gym this week. Was a little intimidated, but did it twice now and will continue. Body Combat, loving it! Non stop hour of boxing, and martial art moves! A heart pounding, sweaty good time!

That is one of the best workouts you can do!! I used to teach a similar class. Keeping your arms up getting your heart rate high! It also trims away the middle and the flab on your arms which is so difficult to do. Congrats. Stick with it.
