Had a potluck after church today and I feel like I did pretty well. It was a sandwich theme and that helped immensely. I grabbed the cookies and headed away from the desert table! I was offered to bring some of the extra food home and I turned it down, progress people, progress!

On another good note I am .9 of a pound up from where I was 2 weeks ago, so last weekends weight gain is almost history!
