So I got up and avoided weighing in for about 30 min. But I got my nerve up and stepped on the scale....and.....
I am down 9.4 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Does a little dance! Woot Woot. I did not think there was going to be THAT much of a change!!!!!! Holy crap! I can so do this!

Wild guess here....but do you eat ketchup on your eggs?!? lol I used to when I was a kid. I forgot all about that until I was reading your journal. Yum! I LOVE hot sauce (Texas Pete to be exact). I might have to have some ketchup AND hot sauce this week. ;)
