i feel good. at work i have motivated a few other people to join me on my quest, which gives me the support that is greatly appreciated. they are all going to start on monday..we are going to share recipies, cook food for eachother and also send daily motivational emails. this keeps me going becaus i dont want to be a "BAD" example..but it feels good.
