Ya Hooooo! I've mentioned before that I have digestive issues and have to eat a certain amount of fiber every day (a lot) or my plumbing doesn't work. I usually eat Fiber One cereal for breakfast because one serving has 9g of fiber but also with milk 260 calories. With 2T of raisins that's 7 points! Fiber wise it makes the rest of the day easier to get all I need consumed. Sometimes I think I should just go out to a barn and eat hay. I just discovered that one Fiber One bar has 9g of fiber and only 140 calories which on WW is only 1 point. What this all adds up to is A COCKTAIL IN THE EVENING or a BEER.
Tomorrow is the end of my first week and I'm eager to check the results. Wish me luck.
