last night I had an hour of moderate rate walk as a couple of days are left for the gym to start . I was also not over my calories . Still I had gained when I weighed myself in the morning . I seem to gain on the days I exercise and lose the day after when I dont . what could be the reason for this . Can anybody tell me when to drink water post exercise . Some people suggest that you should not drink water at least half hour post exercise .Any suggesstions
