Ok, so for the first time yesterday, I managed to take in all my water, did my exercises, AND stayed at my 1400 calories! YAY! Total loss this morning was .1 pound.
Today is going to be rough, people from the office are supposed to go out to lunch to celebrate a birthday so I have to hope I know where we are going ahead of time so I can plan what to get before I get there. If not, I will be left with guessing what would be best to eat instead of looking it up online. And yes, I do plan on taking my own advice and immediately having half of it put into a to go box. :)

I like the to-go box idea... I've never heard of anyone doing that before but it would totally help me. I hate when the waitress doesn't come back soon after I'm done eating half, so I just pick at it for however long it takes for her to come back. I want to flag them down, like, PLEASE HELP ME NOT EAT THIS!!!

Woohoo! Good job staying on perfect track yesterday. I know you can do the same today, even if you eat out [haha iioeo's comment was cute.] I also look up things before I go out to eat! If you are unable to, just remember to use your common sense, fill up on veggies first, then opt for lean protein, and cut starchy portions in half. And I know you'll follow your own advice ;] you'll be good to go! have a great day
