Happy sunny, COLD Tuesday. I've been wondering how often I should weigh in...weekly? How often is everyone else weighing in? I just got the starter kit yesterday, but haven't located in there where it says how often to weigh. Some plans say weekly, others say more. ???
I know that I'm feeling more alert without the carb bog in my body and my head. I don't think I'm in the fat burning mode yet. I still look pretty much the same, just less bloated.
I'm looking forward to more balanced weather so that I can get out and walk. I'm alone at the office today, so I can walk the hall if the phones are quiet and my work is caught up. Sort of makes me understand what a tiger at the zoo feels like... back and forth, back and forth. *sigh* It's better than sitting! Have a blessed day!

You've got a great start. Walking is awesome. I think it's the best exercise there is. It's so good for the heart and all the muscles in the body, is low-impact, and is the way we were meant to move. I'm planning on going for a walk - today through Thursday. It IS cold, but it's much warmer than the cold days in the winter, and I went walking in those too! I weigh in weekly. I feel obsessed with the scale enough at that frequency ;) Plus, I don't see the daily weight fluctuations, so it's easier to track my progress. Whatever you choose, I wish you the best of luck with your journey!

I'm trying to hold to weekly weigh-ins. I've only been on my plan a couple of weeks and so I'm really weighing more like every 2-3 days. Daily is awful for me, but even 2-3 days is a little too much for me because I see the fluctuations. I find it greatly discouraging when I'm a pound up. So...weekly, (weigh and log) first thing in the a.m., after bathroom duties :o)

LuC2 and ChristyLA, You two are awesome! Thanks!!!! I'm trying to stay away from the scale, so I'm hoping to weight just once a week. I didn't get as many laps done today at the office as I thought I would. My headset finally croaked, so it's harder to do things on the phone and computer without it! Have a great evening!
