My allergies are really acting up, as in I woke up twice last night sneezing. So today I have just wanted comfort food and have struggled with not eating it. Obviously if you read my food for today I indulged a little. Supposedly it will start raining, which will knock the pollen down which I would greatly appreciate.

I feel for you. I do suffer from not invited allergies too. My sneezing started really early this year. I take an antihistamin every night and first thing in the morning. I also started taking a spoonful of local honey every day. I am convinced that my allergies were acting up half as much when I did that before. Its just started to rain here. Hope it will start for you too :)
