Ok, made it through another big holiday meal without gaining, i actually dropped a teeny bit. I’ve cooked and baked for two days for our first family gathering in 15 months. I focused on filling my plate with healthy salad stuff and ham, with a homemade yeast roll and one piece of choc chip cherry bundt cake. I also drank lots of water and decaf iced tea. I was very comfortable without over eating and enjoyed the day immensely. After all these years of miserably over indulging at holiday feasts, I think I’ve finally figured it out! They say we’re never to old to learn! Lol
