No weight change this week but the inches are going down!!!! Heavier weights are working! I'm really pushing the envelope and loving it. Now I feel 25! Hahahahaha! Don't I wish. Have a good day everyone!

Another great weigh in for you, that is good news. I know the feeling of youth too as I have been feeling so much better now that some of my weight has left me and that I can actually move around more and want to keep moving. Keep going my friend as it is all good and the days at least for me seem to be moving at lightning speed. Make each of your days wonderful because they are your days.
