Exercise is beginning to make me feel different. Yesterday, I seemed to have more energy all day. Today, it was easier to motivate myself to get going. I am using a Walk Away the Pounds video for all my exercise. Love the low impact aspect and that I can do it from home.
I started this journey back in October with Weight Watchers. I lost weight and found it easy to follow. The problem was that I craved sweets and breads ALL THE TIME. Sometimes I would give into those cravings (which would lead to a binge fest)and that day would be wasted diet wise. I switched over to Atkins in January. I wanted a program that was easy to use and where the cravings went away. This is day 7. My cravings are starting to go away. When they rear their ugly heads, I just drink more water. I'm also trying to document my carbs before eating. That helps keep me in check.
I can do this! I will do this! Today is the first day of the rest of my life!
