Nice quiet evening. Decided today was my "cheat" day. Really, I just need to shake up my 1300s streak. I had been doing 3 days of 1200-1300, followed by 1-2 of 1400-1500 and back to the 1200-1300 range. For some reason, though, lately I just always seem to land at around 1300.
Treated myself to a simple hot fudge sundae. Otherwise, pretty healthy choices today.
