Good Tuesday Morn!
Back down that pound I was up yesterday. I knew it wasn't real. I wouldn't be surprised to find myself in a bit of a holding pattern for a bit. That usually happens to me when I've lost a fair amount in a short period of time. Just need to stay focused and before I know it I'll reach my next mini-goal.
I actually am feeling different and can see it in myself. Still a ways from a lot of my clothes but crossing legs is much more comfortable, I really see it in my face,I feel it as I walk around the office. Love it!
Another busy day today. More driving, different direction than yesterday but more driving! I drive a lot. I don't really mind, I get paid to drive. Rumor has it we may have sunshine today so it could be a beautiful drive!
So excited more people are asking me about the stuff I've been using and am a distributor for. The products I use I'm in love with, DH too, made a difference in our energy levels, the jiggle and wrinkles in my face, and DH has managed to fight off the Winter depression he usually has. Pretty amazing considering the stress we've been under with his daughter. Anyone who wants to learn more can PM me ... So sorry another shameless plug but the stuff really does work! Sigh. Out of time! Need to shower still and all those other things too! Every day I am conscious of being more in each moment. Every day I am practicing being kind to myself, catching those negative thoughts before they consume me, mindful of what my body is telling me. With the daylight lasting longer and the hope of Spring (although we had an inch of the white stuff yesterday!) I'm really looking forward to my tomorrows! Be kind to yourselves! We are all worth it!
