Monday it is and I must be quick like a bunny today. Ha! Up a pound today! LOL. No worries, ate perfectly yesterday. Just a fluctuation. Happens to me all the time.
Busy day ahead providing reflective consultation with colleagues in another office. I do this once a month. I really enjoy it but not so much the drive. Oh well, such is life.
I found myself in an organizing and cleaning frenzy yesterday must be the time change and the thought of spring. I was tuckered by the evening but had a bit of a challenge getting to sleep. Oh that could be affecting the scale too. More movement, less sleep.
Off to the shower for me. Not much time to dilly dally or read journals, actually no time. I'm good, I'm on a roll back to a healthier weight, life is good. Continually working on mindfulness, kindness, being in each moment, and pushing away those negative self defeating thoughts. Take care of yourselves! Will catch up later!
