Good Evening, FS Warriors! A pretty uneventful but sunny and beautiful day. With all the reminders I was given throughout the week, I still forgot to set my clocks ahead this morning. LOL! Got up at 6, and said, "You know, it's 4 1/2 hours until church," so I went back to bed. Got up at 7, found my way down to the treadmill bout 7:30, and was almost done with my workout when the radio announced that it was 9:00, because we all set our clocks ahead. Oh crap! I actually called DW from my cell phone, while on the treadmill, "Get up, we forgot to set the clocks ahead!" We still made it to church on time, but here I thought I was getting up in plenty of time to get lazy, have 2 or 3 cups of coffee, read the paper, or whatever. Oh well, worked out OK. Mixed up a protein drink with 2% milk and a banana for breakfast. Went out for lunch with friends, and had fried chicken, French fries and apple salad. Kept half for lunch tomorrow. We never eat a late meal on Sunday, so as long as I win the battles with the Snack Monster tonight, I'll be OK. Kids came over to talk plans for Granddaughters wedding, while I went to the evening service, and came back and watched Duck Dynasty on TV. When I got back from church, and even after watching Duck Dynasty, they were still talking about the same flowers as when I left. Must be a girl thing. Now, if they had been talking about rifles, motorcycles, woodworking, cars, tractors . . . not going to happen. And that's all I have to say about that. Toodles!

At least you didn't sleep in!!! When that Snack Monster rears it's crave go brush your teeth! Always seems to help when my monster arrives.

Yep, we have a week now of wondering where that hour went in the morning and trying to last thru that hour in the eve before going to bed ... :-)
