Well, I didn't keep track of what I ate yesterday during the party. I only ate the allowed veggies, 2 chicken breasts, and pork rinds. I have a bad feeling, though.
Today started my exercise challenge. 1)I'm suprised I remembered. 2) I'm suprised I actually got up when my alarm went off - much earlier than what I'm used to. 3)I'm suprised I lasted the entire 30 minutes.
I'm sweaty and breathing a little hard. But I feel good because I did it. I'm using a Walk Away the Pounds video. Love it! I'm hoping that the exercise becomes part of my routine.
Goal for today: keep accurate count of what I eat and stay under 20 carbs.
