Sleep like a rock last night, yes! Why does it seem like we struggle to get into a routine? Just when I think I have one down, bang! Need to readjust. Oh well. Getting in the exercise I can when I can.

Hoping to sleep like a rock as I am off to bed. I am trying to get more exercise in. I managed 4 days in the past week so I am happy. :) Routines are difficult for anyone... I would like to do it the same time every day but that doesn't always happen. Also if I wait too late in the day I have no energy.

when I can not do exercise...........I dance for and hour or so.just for me.. Put loud music and let it gooooo...

I can't dance anymore until after my knee surgery so I just kind of shimmy around the living room and my dogs just kind of do it with me it's quite comical really because they are large dogs lol
