Good Morning, FS Warriors! Up at four and down on the treadmill for end of the run 5/walk 2.5 (X4) stage. Tomorrow I start running for 7 min/walk for 3 min (X3). It won't be long before I'm back to running 30 minutes straight and then I can work on increasing my mileage. I snubbed Jillian this morning, The excitement just isn't there anymore. I know. I know. Relationships can't always be fireworks. Maybe I'll give her another chance tomorrow. I think I have been pushing myself too hard on the pushups. I feel a tension in my back almost like a pulled muscle that I want to give a rest for a little while before I start stretching myself again. I was running a little late this morning, and I felt the 40 minutes on the treadmill gave me enough of a workout to get by.
I see my intake has been climbing - not more than what I'm burning, but enough to slow the weight loss machine down. Got to kick it up a notch if I want more dramatic results - and who doesn't want that? A little margarine here, a few pretzels there, here a cracker, there a cracker, everywhere a cracker. Anyway, it all adds up.

DW is taking me out for dinner and a movie for my birthday Friday, so I'll probably blow my diet again. But, it will be after weigh-in, so you guys won't know how bad it was until the next Friday. :D I'll try to choose something sensible from the menu, but who can go to a movie without buttered popcorn? Not to fear, I'll drink diet coke. Haha! Well, I wish all of my FS Buddies a wonderful day. toodles!
