Mrsmole cajoled me into participating in yet another challenge. This will involve me getting up an hour early (for exercise, journalling, etc.). Unfortunately, Daylight Savings Time also starts this weekend so come Monday morning so I'll end up losing 2 hours of sleep.
Heaven help anyone around me as coffee can only do so much.

ShyGuy - Once I'm up I respond like a true "morning person" and can get a lot done. It is just the getting up part that I hate - LOL

Leave for work a few after 6. I wake up slow so need to veg over coffee before I can move, then try to get ready for work and walk in any time left. Lol.

Good luck, BuffyBear! I can't seem to train my body for a different bedtime. If I go to bed any earlier than 11 or 12, I sleep about 3 hours and then find myself wide awake for 2-3 hours, only falling into a deep sleep about 45 minutes before I need to be up. If I tried to get up even earlier, I wouldn't get my 7 hours sleep.
