Another emergency room trip last night and I am exhausted. Hubby's incision started oozing and was looking very red. Turned out to be a crazy night at our small hospital with a child committing suicide and another death on the second floor. We were there 4 hours to get some antibiotics and drive back home in a snow storm. I only ate 770 calories yesterday and yet no weight loss. I know it is one of my mini plateaus and yet ... oh I'm just a little wore out I think. I'll feel better later or tomorrow. More COFFEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the encouragement. I just finished exercising and already I feel better. I forget how important exercise is to my mental well being!! I hope hubby heals soon too!!
