I'm on day four of induction. I'm having a difficult time staying on track with only 20 carbs. I'm eating only the correct things... but my carbs are still too high. My problem is that I record my food in the evening. I should begin planning my days the night before so that I can keep on track better.
I signed up for an exercise challenge. It starts on Monday. That may also help with the weight loss.
I'm done with being fat. I need to lose 100 pounds. I will make this work. I am determined to be healthy. Once I get a system down, hopefully the process will be easier. :)
What makes this hard right now is the cravings I'm dealing with. As I type this, my husband is eating a pizza from pizza hut. My mouth is salvating and I'm fighting the urge to go have a bite. I wonder when the cravings will go away. I need them to go away...
