Well the scale weighing in everyday was making me crazy and somewhat depressed. I knew I could not keep off of it, so last night I told my husband to hide it and only put it in the bathroom on Fridays. So this morning I go to pee and weigh myself and it isn't there. I ask him to go get it but he wouldn't. I feel very nervous about not having it right where I can weigh in 6x a day. I think it will make things easier on me though in the long run.
