Okay, no more avocado for me. I had a tuna steak for a late dinner. It was about 7 oz. It had 76 calories LESS than the avocado. All I did was put a little bit of olive oil in the pan and seasoned the tuna steak with lemon pepper seasoning. I don't even feel guilty about eating it so late. I'm definitely going to work my butt off tomorrow (errr...today). I'm going to try and make it a point to weigh myself in the morning from now on instead of weighing myself late afternoon. I want to do 15 min. of Jillian Michaels' Fitness Ultimatum '09 on the high intensity level when I get back from dropping my daughter off at school. The only thing is that when I make plans, something usually comes up to mess up my plan. Hopefully that doesn't happen this time.
