Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. I gained a pound from yesterday to today. I knew I shouldn't have eaten that brisket last night. That's the only thing that's different from yesterday to today. It really bummed me out when I weighed myself on WiiFit. I was so bummed that I decided to do 60 minutes of the Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum '09 on the Wii on high intensity. I'm doing the weight loss one mode. I was going to go to the grocery store this evening, but I think I overdid myself exercising. I think I need to make my salad smaller also. I am so NOT looking forward to dinner. I was planning on having a tuna steak. I'm starting to think twice on that. I suppose I could still have it, but do pilates and WiiFit to work it off. I REFUSE TO EAT JUNK FOOD EVEN THOUGH I'M BUMMED OUT ABOUT MY WEIGHT GAIN!!!!

don't make your salad smaller,,, just watch the dressing and add only veggies to it. you gotta fill up on good stuff like veggies...

I'm going to cut out the avocado completely (or just eat half)because it's 322 calories and cut the almonds in half because they're 160 calories. My husband says I'm being too hard on myself.
