Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. I gained a pound from yesterday to today. I knew I shouldn't have eaten that brisket last night. That's the only thing that's different from yesterday to today. It really bummed me out when I weighed myself on WiiFit. I was so bummed that I decided to do 60 minutes of the Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum '09 on the Wii on high intensity. I'm doing the weight loss one mode. I was going to go to the grocery store this evening, but I think I overdid myself exercising. I think I need to make my salad smaller also. I am so NOT looking forward to dinner. I was planning on having a tuna steak. I'm starting to think twice on that. I suppose I could still have it, but do pilates and WiiFit to work it off. I REFUSE TO EAT JUNK FOOD EVEN THOUGH I'M BUMMED OUT ABOUT MY WEIGHT GAIN!!!!
