A new beginning! I have not been feeling well - a killer of a cold - so I'm slowly starting to integrate in some exercise. We have a brand new wellness center on campus which I joined today - it is awesome! I did 15 minutes of cycling and 15 minutes of walking over the noon hour. What a wonderful way to recharge!
