Great job on eating fruit. Be sure to also focus on a variety of foods to get the proper nutrition. Weight loss is good, but your overall focus should be striving for good health. Which consist of eating naturally healthy & wholesome foods, some form of daily exercise, & proper rest. Trust me, if you focus on better health & stick with it, the weight will come off due to your efforts. In my opinion, people put way too much emphasis on weight loss instead proper health. Being slimmer doesn't always mean being healthier. Just look at the models on tv/mags, & commercials. A lot of those people use drugs, enhancers, or punish their bodies (starvation, etc) just to stay slim to look beautiful. But having a lifestyle of maintaining good health will make you naturally loose weight which is the correct way to do it.
