I have not weighed since Thursday night, I followed my diet poorly this weekend. Friday night I went out with friends and succumbed to nachos, potato skins, pizza, a diet nightmare. Saturday I seemed to have lost my will to fight against my fatness and I had fast food and generally snacked all day. Sunday I was much better but then used a Olive Garden gift card and had a 1100 calorie dinner. The weekend seemed very hard for me, when I was sitting around bored I wanted to eat, and I felt hungry constantly even when I wasn't. Today I was right back on track and have been doing well. Hopefully that was a temporary relapse and I will try to prepare myself better for the weekends. I feel like if I eat one bad thing then my whole diet day is ruined and I might as well binge, I need to change this mind set. Here's hoping for a better week.
