Yes Cathy I did my Yoga for Easing Pain today!! Just a quick note ... yesterday was a GREAT day ... as far as eating and I'm planning on the same for today. Amazing how much better I feel when I eat well. Duh. One would think that would motivate one to stay on track but alas ... it doesn't always. Old habits and old rewards die hard I guess. Personally I think it is hard wired into my brain and when I am stressed I go on autopilot without even knowing it. Key would be to be aware of that and rewire my dang brain I guess!!!

Anyway ... I just had a moment before I need to take off on the road to my visits so here goes.

Grateful today for ...

Feeling good.

Good sleep last night.

I am FREEZING and my brain and emotions are in a tug of war on whether to go to Yoga tonight then I read your journal and it was like 'go, it'll help w/the pain'.... Yoga... yoga.. :-)
