Ops, cheating day was meant to be on Sunday, AFTER the weight-in.... OK, so weight-in postponed till Monday and tomorrow just a slice of the birthday cake & sensible choices + tracking for the rest of the day (Hope the kids like the cake enough to eat it all :))
