It has been officially 2 weeks as of today that I have been "back on track" with paying attention to my physical well being. I'm still getting used to feeling hungry. My natural tendency is just to eat and eat and eat and so therefore I don't ever really feel hungry. It actually feels good in some ways, yet still annoying. So, it is Sunday. That means I have "extra" time to exercise on my elliptical machine while I watch a movie. It means I actually get to see my husband tonight (he's been on nights since November)! I'm glad to be back on track ... it feels mostly good!!
