I'm down 6.2 lbs ... not as far as I had hoped to be at the very beginning but still a good start I think. I easily become impatient ... but what other choice do I have? I want to feel more comfortable in my own skin and wear those great jeans I have in my closet and so ...... I will stay on course!!
