those damn carbs; my morning weigh in was up almost 2 pounds! i blame the carbs & fruits! i think wednesdays are my hungry day! and 3 pm used to be my salt craving; i got tired of cucumbers and salt . . . . need a good replacement. for the old chips!

I followed Atkins, but with my own twist. I love beer so before I started I found a beer lowest in calories and carbs. I then sat down and researched all the foods I love, the net carb count and came up with a menue. I basically eat the same sames over and over, but I think that is some what natural. I just put a different twist on it. For example, I eat pizza, but not the crust. I eat Mexican but with out the wrappers or chips etc. I still eat what I like but have made adjustments. I knew I would fail if I was so restricted all I thought about was food. I fixed all of that right up front. I also walked my butt off...3 miles a day for several months. Its all about you and what works for you. I found my way, hopefully you will also.
