I am off to a healthy start this morning, minus exercise. That said, mornings are not my difficult time ... it is the evenings and sometimes the afternoon if I get too hungry or stressed. LOL!!
I think my back is better. I decided to give my back one more day of rest though, just to make sure. It feels good to be walking normal again. I was feeling very old and worn out over the weekend!! For those of you who remember the Carol Burnett show ... do you remember Tim Conway's little old man routine?? Well, that is pretty much what I looked like walking!! LOL!!!
The weather has become quite cold here again, down to 4 degrees last night. The upside of those darn hot flashes is that since I wake several times a night it works out well with feeding the fires in my house to keep it from getting too cold inside!! Always SOMETHING we can be grateful for, right?
And so ... on I go. I hope you all have a healthy, positive day today. I'm so behind on commenting on journals. Please know you each are on my mind, every day, even if I don't visit you!!!
