Wow. I just fit into one of the suits that has been hanging in my closet for over a year! The scale keeps me motivated to stick to this diet. I'm never hungry, but the smells get to you. I have to cook regular food for my kids and my husband. Thank God my daughter is supportive--she has to taste everything and from there I adjust the seasonings. I'm so afraid to taste anything. Even spaghetti seems like a gourmet treat!!
