My husband and I finally got to spend some time together yesterday. Of course that meant I ate and drank things I wouldn't normally eat and drink. We went out for sushi and had some seafood tempura and of course I had to have Sapporro beer too!! Then late, late last night on our way home from the casino we stopped at Shari's for a bite to eat. I had coffee and a flat iron steak chopped salad. I really don't know how many calories I consumed so I had to guess. The good news is today I'm back on track ... and that feels good. In the past I've made a dinner or night out an excuse to eat poorly for days at least if not weeks. And, I exercised extra today as well so hopefully it will all balance out!
