Okay, so I'm a pound up, but my jeans fit better. I have upped my game a smidge with the weights, so hopefully that is part of it. I was in control yesterday with food. I feel confident I can do that again today! One day at a time. Tabata class later, Yayyyy! Thanks everyone for the continued support. Family and most of my friends here don't seem to "get it".
