So I actually weigh more now than I did when I joined fatsecret 5 years ago? Great. Wonderful. Marvelous. Sigh.

Oh Carol, I'm sorry. But I am glad you are back. Life just has a way of beating the crap out of us sometimes. You had a difficult year. Hope this one will be better for you.

No more of that talk Carol! That defeatest talk is not the girl we know and love. If you really felt that you wouldn't be here. Now big hugs, take a big breath and see what you can sort out to get back on track. One meal at a time.

Oh Isabel ... just having a pity party for myself. It's not like I've been working hard at keeping the weight down since I didn't even get on the scale since September. I did some "easy" yoga this morning. Just ate myself breakfast and logged my calories. I don't want to count calories anymore, I don't, I don't, I don't!!!! (Says the woman who has gained 30 lbs since September). Okay. Temper tantrum over. Life is good and I AM taking care of me!!! LOL

A lot of 'loosing weight' is about, how focused we are. I am not saying you aren't determined, and do not want to loose... It's just sometimes, we are just not in the right frame of mind 'long term'. Sometimes, it is because life keeps 'biting us in the bum', so we have enough to deal with, without the additional pressure of calorie counting.
