Man I wrecked my diet yesterday. Although that's the calorie goal I set for myself and not the one fatsecret gave me. So even though I did go over, technically I'm still under? So you know, I guess I shouldn't even be worried about it. I won't. Not gonna sweat it.

I did that yesterday. I didn't make the calorie goal that I set for myself but I broke even on the calories that fatsecret gives me so I figured at least I didn't do any damage. :) And today is a new day.
